About Us
We are a new company in the Baltimore-Washington area. We began in July of 2011, but have more than nineteen years of experience with the industry.
Our goal is to take the mystery out of your computer systems and help you succeed. We are different in that we delight in working with people of all skill sets and pride ourselves in being able to help you master your technology. We have rates to fit almost any budget: senior, individual and corporate. I am used to working with limited resources and within tight budgets.
No project is too large. We have contacts within the industry with which we can partner. No protect is too small. No matter what your concern we can help you meet your goals.

Services
PC Specialist - I can design, build, setup, install your software, troubleshoot, tune up and give your equipment total support and even help you choose off the shelf equipment that is right for you. My experience also includes MAC.
Trainer- I can teach you how to get the most out of your Windows Operating System, i.e. Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Windows 7. I can help you or your staff get the most out of your software, such as Office, Sage Products, Adobe, Intuit and more!
Network Specialist - In your home or office I can setup a networking solution, wired or wireless. My experience includes Windows 2003 Server Release 2.
Database Specialist - I can write a solution for you in Access, Excel or the package of your choice. I can help you get the most out of off the shelf packages too! My experience includes report writing in Crystal 10.x and 2008 for which I earned a certificate from Sage.
Webmaster - I have experience in creating one-page website for mass e-mail marketing campaigns in Front Page and Dreamweaver. I have also created entire websites. Do you want a website and don't know where to begin or does your existing site need to be modified? I can help.
Graphic Help - Do you need help with your presentations or videos? Do you want to make a special memory disk? Do you need marketing help? I can help you with Photoshop, Power Point, Nero and Roxio Packages.
Help Desk - I am familiar with Office (97-2007) Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Access, Front Page, Power Point, Outlook (including Business Contact Manager), Sage Products such as MAS 200 ERP and Act, Adobe such as as Acrobat, Photoshop and Dreamweaver, and Intuit such as Turbo Tax, Quicken and Quick Books to name a few of the many software pages I can support.
Custom System Building - Do you have a dream machine you want to build, but were afraid to try and didn't know where to start? Do off the shelf machines not meet your corporate specifications? I can help. I have built many systems for small business over the years.
Device Setup - Do you have some new "toys" (i.e. smart phones, PDA, etc.) and need help to set them up? I can help.

Q) What is it going to cost?
A) Depends on the class of service and the project. Typically estimates are $20 (credited to the project if approved). Travel at 50 cents per mile. Discounts for referrals and blocks of time. Senior hourly rates as low as $15. Individual hourly rates as low as $30. Corporate hourly rates as low as $55.
Q) Where are you located?
A) Burtonsville, MD between Baltimore, MD and Washington DC near Laurel, MD.
Q) What is your service area?
A) Basically the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan are from the Baltimore line to the DC line. But we are open to travel at 50 cents per mile.
Q) What do you service?
A) Primarily PCs running Microsoft software. Although we have experience with MAC and other software.
Q) What is your background?
A) I hold degrees in both Electrical and Computer Engineering with over nineteen years experience in the PC industry. References provided upon request.
Q) What are your terms?
A) Cash or check due and payable at completion of project or partial payment at two weeks unless other arrangements are made in advance.
